Al Dente - Classic Lasagna Bolognese
A traditional lasagna with beef and pork ragu (the pork makes it so sweet and soft) and a silky bechamel. Lasagna is such a family favourite - Al Dente's version is classic with extra layers of love.
Ingredients
Milk, Plain flour, Beef, Pork, Tomato Paste, Parmesan, Celery, Onion, Garlic, Rosemary, Semolina flour, Red Wine, Egg, Nutmeg, Salt, Black pepper, Carrots, Thyme, Sage, Extra virgin olive oil.
Preparation and storage notes
Preheat oven to 190°. Heat lasagna until hot all the way through, cooking until corners are crisp, or to your own taste. Remove from oven and allow to stand for 10 minutes before slicing to serve.
