An amazing flavourful dish that is wonderfully surprising! One of Tiffany favourite dishes, it brings a fresh take on traditional Indian cuisine. Sauted cauliflower with toasted cashews & currents matched with a spicey tandoori sauce. Can be made FODMAP friendly by swapping the cauliflower for broccoli, sweet potato or carrots.
