tap water, peeled pumpkin, Arborio Rice, Brown Onion, Frozen Peas, Parmesan Cheese, White wine, Baby Spinach, Butter, vegetable stock powder gluten free, Crushed Garlic, Salt, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove lid and microwave for 2-3 minutes for a quick reheat or place in a preheated oven for 10-15 minutes.
