Vanilla & Raisin Bread and Butter Pudding
A solo moment of decadence. This classic pudding is given a velvety twist with a splash of vanilla, soaked into layers of soft, buttery bread with raisins and baked until golden at the edges and custardy within. It’s rich, gently boozy, and perfectly portioned for one. Best enjoyed warm, with a generous pour of our silky house-made custard.

Preparation and storage notes
KEEP FROZEN REHEATING: Defrost overnight in the fridge. Remove from tray and microwave or leave in tray and cook in 160c oven for 15-20 (till top is crunchy)
