Pilaf with Pomegranate & Lemon
This easy-going rice dish is full of flavour, with a fresh squeeze of lemon and juicy pomegranate seeds stirred through. It’s made to go perfectly with our Za’atar Roasted Butterflied Chicken, but it’s just as good alongside any roast or grilled meat. Light, tasty, and ready in minutes.
Ingredients
Chicken stock, Basmati rice, Pomegranate, Onion, Lemon, Butter, Pistachio nuts, Pine nuts, Olive oil, Cinnamon quill, Bay leaves, Cardamom, pods.
Preparation and storage notes
STORAGE: keep refrigerated INSTRUCTIONS: Place pilaf in either the oven or microwave until heated, then sprinkle over pistachio, pine nuts and a squeeze of lemon to serve.
