This classic sweet potato dish with it's glorious caramelised top and rich melting interior is an all-time favourite. Chunky sliced sweet potatoes are infused with garlic, onion and sage cream.

STORAGE: keep refrigerated COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Remove lid and place in a preheated oven at 180ºc for 20-30min.
