Ingredients
Apple Sauce - Gremolata Pork Cutlets (Granny smith apples, Lemon, Apple cider vinegar, Caster sugar, White wine, Cinnamon quill, Salt), Coleslaw (Red cabbage, Carrots, Red onion, Mint, Coriander), Panko, Parmesan, Plainflour, Water, Eggs, Parsley, Lemon zest, Table salt, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Storage: Refrigeration Cooking Instructions: Bring pork to room temperature. Preheat your oven to 180ºc and cook for 15 – 20 minutes in the tray provided. Rest for 5 minutes. Heat apple sauce and cauliflower puree in microwave or slowly on stove top and serve.
