Gremolata Pork Cutlets with Herby Coleslaw & Apple Sauce
Two juicy crumbed pork loin cutlets, pan-seared and ready to finish in the oven with a chunky apple sauce and fresh cabbage, kale and mint coleslaw.

Herby Coleslaw - Gremolata pork Cutlets (Mint, White cabbage, Carrots, Fennel, Kale, Red onion), Slaw Mayo - Pork Cutlets (Lemon, Vinegar, Eggs, Vegetable oil, Pepper, Water, Yellow mustard seeds, Table salt), Apple Sauce - Gremolata Pork Cutlets (Granny smith apples, Lemon, Apple cider vinegar, Caster sugar, White wine, Cinnamon quill, Salt), Panko, Parmesan, Plainflour, Water, Toasted walnuts, Eggs, Parsley, Lemon zest, Table salt, Pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Storage: Refrigeration Cooking Instructions: Bring pork to room temperature. Preheat your oven to 180ºc and cook for 15 – 20 minutes in the tray provided. Rest for 5 minutes. Heat apple sauce and cauliflower puree in microwave or slowly on stove top and serve.
