Indian Butter Chicken
Free range chicken fillets, braised in home-made Murgh Makhani curry paste. Serve with a bowl of steamed rice. (not included)
Ingredients
sauce - butter chicken (Tomatoes, Chicken stock, Onion, Water, Butter, Ginger, Cashew nuts, Chilli, Garlic, Salt, Cinnamon, Green cardamom, Clove, Black cardamom, Bay leaves), chicken marinade mix - for butter chicken (Chicken thighs, Yoghurt, Mustard oil, Lemon juice, Kashmiri red chilli powder, Paprika, White pepper), Butter Chicken sauce Element C (Butter, Cream, Lemon juice, Vinegar, Kashmiri red chilli powder, Sugar, Garam masala, Paprika, Fenugreek seeds).
Preparation and storage notes
Pour into a pot. Heat on stove, stir constantly until warm to serve. Can be heated in microwave. Serve with rice.
