Beef Bourguignon
Considered by many to be the mother of all stews, Beef Bourguignon is a French dish made with beef, bacon lardons, carrots, onions and mushrooms slow cooked in a rich red wine sauce. Serve vegetables of your choice or mash potato.

Beef chuck, Beef stock, Carrots, Tomato pulp, Celery, Red wine, Speck, Garlic, Parsley, Porcini mushrooms, Fresh thyme, Portabello mushrooms.
Preparation and storage notes
take off plastic. Cover dish in foil and bake in a 150c preheated oven for 40 minutes. Uncover and bake for a further 5-10minutes. STORAGE: keep in fridge
