Chicken, Mushroom & Bacon Casserole
Chicken thigh pieces, bacon, pearl onions, garlic, cream, white wine and button mushrooms combine for a slow-cooked delight.

Chicken Maryland, Stock, Cream, Onion, Bacon, White wine, Button mushroom, Butter, Garlic, Bouget garni, Porcini powder, Parsley, Tarragon.
Preparation and storage notes
STORAGE: keep frozen COOKING INSTRUCTIONS: Defrost overnight in the fridge. Bring a large pot of water to the boil. Submerge the whole pouch into the pot and simmer very gently for 40 minutes. Slice open the pouch and tip the casserole into a serving bowl Season to taste. Serve with mashed potato or rice.
