Chicken Tikka Masala
This curry is a much loved classic with charred chicken pieces in a rich creamy sauce . It's full of flavour and delicious served with a simple bowl of steamed basmati rice and some Indian flatbreads
Ingredients
Chicken thighs, Chilli powder, Cinnamon quill, Crushed tomatoes, Chicken marinate for Tikka (Yoghurt, Oil, Lemon juice, Garlic paste, Ginger paste, Garam masala, Chilli powder, Salt, Turmeric), Red onion, Cream, Ghee, Lemon juice, Garlic, Ginger, Turmeric, Garam masala, Fenugreek leaf, Cardamom, Salt.
Preparation and storage notes
From defrosted – pour into a pot. Heat on stove, stir constantly until warm to serve. Can be heated in microwave. Serve with rice.
