Fattoush Salad with Sumac, Green Herbs, Labne & Flatbread
Middle eastern flavours spring to life in this super healthy salad made with mixed greens, plump tomatoes, radish, cucumber, capsicum, herbs, pomegranate and onion tossed with balsamic vinaigrette and sumac flatbread (packaged separately).
Ingredients
fattoush salad (Iceberg lettuce, Cherry tomatoes, Cucumber, Pomegranate, Radish, Radicchio, Baby spinach, Spanish onion, Green shallots, Parsley, Mint), Pomegranate & Sumac Dressing (Salfry oil, Olive oil, Pomegranate molasses, Walnut oil, Lemon juice, Lime juice, Brown sugar, Thyme, Sumac, Lemon zest, Lime zest, Salt, Pepper), labne (Labne, Chilli oil), sumac flatbread (lebanese bread, Olive oil, Sumac, Salt).
Preparation and storage notes
STORAGE: keep refrigerated COOK: Toss through salad dressing and sumac flatbread and then dollop in labneh.
