Hoki (Fish), Full fat milk, Flour plain (GF), Salted butter (Milk), Lemon juice, Salt, Black pepper

Preparation and storage notes

Keep in fridge for up to 3 days from packed on date. Meals can be frozen for 3 months from packed on date.
pop lid on one side and place meal in microwave and heat for 2 mins for a small meal, 3 minutes for a medium meal and 4 1/2 minutes for a large meal. Check meal is heated thoroughly before consuming. 30 sec increments can be added if need be, remember all microwaves are not created equal!
