Extra lean beef mince, Celery, Diced onion, Carrot diced, Quinoa flakes, Ricotta (Milk), Italian Herbs, wet, Lemon juice, Brown sugar, Egg, Balsamic (Sulphites), Garlic, Mixed spice, Salt, Black pepper, Tinned tomato, Spiniach

CONTAINS: Egg, Milk.

Preparation and storage notes

Keep in fridge for up to 3 days from packed on date. Meals can be frozen for 3 months from packed on date.
pop lid on one side and place meal in microwave and heat for 2 mins for a small meal, 3 minutes for a medium meal and 4 1/2 minutes for a large meal. Check meal is heated thoroughly before consuming. 30 sec increments can be added if need be, remember all microwaves are not created equal!
