Tuna Pasta Bake Gluten free on request
This creamy tuna bake is make with penne pasta, Lemon juice, capers, dill and is packed with vegetables
Ingredients
Penne pasta (Wheat), Tuna in springwater (Fish), Full fat milk, Celery, Broccoli, Diced onion, Cauliflower, Peas, Plain flour (Wheat), Butter (Milk), Capers, Carrot diced, Fresh dill, Salt, Black pepper .
Preparation and storage notes
Keep in fridge for up to 3 days from packed on date. Meals can be frozen for 3 months from packed on date. pop lid on one side and place meal in microwave and heat for 2 mins for a small meal, 3 minutes for a medium meal and 4 1/2 minutes for a large meal. Check meal is heated thoroughly before consuming. 30 sec increments can be added if need be, remember all microwaves are not created equal!
