Chicken Nuggets
Our recipe has been used by the team over the last 20+ years - chicken thighs are seasoned and drenched in a thick milk batter, then coated in fine white breadcrumbs and fried at high temperatures until deep golden brown, resulting in a perfect crunch. We think it is best described by Francoise Draschler as “I might regret sharing this with you, but this is officially my death row meal”!
