Butter is good. Chicken is great - the combination of words has no bearing on this Indian classic. Juicy marinated chicken thighs and simmered in a rich tomato and cream sauce. This FREEZER FRIENDLY version is served without rice and is sufficient to serve two, with a larger size available for a larger apettite.
Russian beef with bacon, mushroom & creamy beef gravy. It's like dreamy beef-flavoured memories of a simpler time.
Creamy and dreamy chicken in a sauce thickened with potatoes, roasted red peppers, onions and spinach - it's kind of like a Spanish Butter chicken. It's also not.
Snacks, Soups & Dips
I had to compromise the delicious and tempting sound of this soup or everyone would order it. It's pretty much my desert island food. And yes, I would eat this on a 45 deg day lost on a tropical island whilst trying to convince a soccer ball (Wilson) how clever I am.
I buy my bacon from German guy who sells it as a smokey slab of "finger lickin'" pork. I resist that urge and instead slice think lardons (no sniggering at the back of the class please). Then mix it with eggs on onions and garlic. Slap bang in some puff pastry and Bob's your uncle (who can't stop talking about aliens - but it's still good to see him. Because he makes bacon and egg pies)
Featuring Sophies long fermented yoghurt using "cream on top" milk. Serving size 250g
Our home-made Lavosh has been winning hearts since we made the first batch, we're sure you'll love it too!! 100g serves 2 guests (but probably just you!)
Coated with a GLUTEN-FREE blend of spices and flour this is our family's desert island food (assuming this island has a cold beer to wash it down!) Buttermilk-soaked chicken, golden fried. Mucho moreish..
Sides
Its a classic tale of humble mash meets butter but.... plot twist!! This butter has lead a life of fear and resentment burnt by past lovers and friends.
I could tell you how I make these potatoes but you'd probably say... "Nah - can't be that complicated." Garlicky, paprika-y and smokey.
Salads etc w protein options
Whilst cauliflower is the undisputed star of this dish, it is complemented by the sweet peas, spiced rice, and sharp labne. You'll also find fresh pomegranate, herbs, almonds, and currants making this dish both fresh and full of flavour!!
Green risottos ARE healthier than non-green ones, so you can definitely eat this with cheesey garlic bread (not supplied) and feel NO guilt. Unless you're a white man. This dish uses Spinach, Kale and / or Chard along with fresh herbs and garden peas for it's signature greening.
Clean and light, fresh and dare I say healthy?(ish) Packing more flavour than this flavour text order some today. (or tomorrow)

Ok so what would happen if you got one overconfident chef, a great idea, Trevor's Beef Sausage Mix and too mush mozzarella cheese? You'd get a rissole. A fancy, overpriced rissole. But you'd be cool with that. My inspiration comes from "What would a French Onion Soup taste like if it were a rissole?"
