Perhaps not the type of sausage you would associate with an aussie summer BBQ, but friggin delicious nonetheless, for vegans and non vegans alike.

Ingredients
Tomato Sugo (Italian tomato, Onion, Red Wine vinegar, Sugar, Garlic, Salt), Beetroot, Walnuts, Dried spices, Chickpea flour, Mixed Olives, Mixed fresh herbs, Swiss chard, Brown Lentil.
Preparation and storage notes
Place entire bag gently in to a pot of simmering water, and simmer for 10-12 minutes, remove and carefully unwrap, slice as desired and serve with accompanying sauce
