Roast Pumpkin & Pepita Canneloni

Sweet and fluffy pumpkin is studded with slow roasted butternut then stuffed into caneloni (pasta tubes and then cooked out in our own tomato sauce. Plenty of texture and flavour that makes this a great main dish for vegans and normal, regular people alike!

Ingredients
Butternut pumpkin, Italian tomato, Pasta, Tomato Sugo (Italian tomato, Onion, Red Wine vinegar, Sugar, Garlic, Salt), Pepitas, Parsley, Basil.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove cardboard and cover with foil. Reheat in oven at 180 for 25-30 minutes.
