Large pieces of fresh pineapple and pumpkin cooked out in a (not too) spicy coconut broth. With the addition of green beans and cahsew nuts this is a meal as delish as it is healthy!!

Pineapple, Pumpkin, Coconut milk, Red Onion, Green beans, Cashew nuts, Lime, Fresh Ginger, Red curry paste, Kaffir lime leaves, Coconut sugar.

Microwave to desired hotness. Serve with rice. Consume.
