Red Wine Braised Beef Cheek w Basil Mash

Tender and fall-y apart-y beef cheek slow cooked in home-made bone broth, aromatics and so much red wine UB40 wrote a song about it. Some people get fancy with beef cheek, but they shouldn't. I serve this with a big whack of buttery mas that is made healthy(ish) by the addition of sinach and basil.

Buttery Mashed Potatoes (Dutch Cream Potato, Milk, Cream - Thickened, Butter), Beef cheek, Bone Broth (Water, Chicken - Whole, Carrots, Onion, Celery, Garlic, Black pepper, Bay leaves), Spinach, Red wine, Italian tomato, Onion, Celery, Basil, Thyme, Garlic, Rosemary.
Preparation and storage notes
Heat in the microwave for 3-4 minutes on high. Enjoy your meal with a salad, a vegetable or a glass of wine - you can't let the beef drink alone, it would be rude.
