If the Cannnucks had spent less time fighting over hockey pucks and more time inventing stir-fries, then they'd probably end up with something like this. Thankfully I've done the work for them. You're welcome you hosers!!

Ingredients
Carrots, Broccoli, Capsicum, Home-Made Vegetable Stock, Red Onion, Maple syrup, Fresh Ginger, Cashew nuts, Garlic, Green chilli, Soy sauce (GF), Tapioca flour, Peppercorn White.
Preparation and storage notes
Reheat in pan, adding a little water if required. or microwave gently for 2 mins rest and then another 1 min. Serve with rice or noodles.
