Ultimate (F)aked Vegetarian Moussaka

I've replaced the meat for mushrooms in this version of a classic Greek Moussaka. I call it Classic Greek. they probably wouldn't. But what do the Greeks know about classics anyway?? potatoes and grilled smokey eggplant cooked in a rich tomato sauce and covered in a thick white sauce studded with Greek feta.

Ingredients
Bechamel (Milk, Butter, Flour (GF), Himalayan salt, Nutmeg), Potato, Eggplant, Portabello mushrooms, Italian tomato, Sheeps Feta, Garlic, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Cloves.
Preparation and storage notes
Reheat in oven for 35-45 mins at 180 or remove from foil and microwave. Serve with a large extended family and discuss how food was better in the old country.
