Crispy, tender, and seriously addictive. These bite-sized chicken morsels are marinated in rich buttermilk for extra juiciness, then tumbled in our family’s secret herb and spice blend—a subtle nod to the Colonel, but with Glen’s own twist. Coated for crunch and fried till golden, they’re gluten-free and full of flavour. Perfect for snacking, sharing, or sneaking before dinner even starts.

With split peas, green peas, and ham hock. I met Rick Stein once.

I've probably made a million litres of chicken broth, and it's probably better than yours. It's the base of almost everything I do, and I carry a litre on me at all times in case I run into someone making soup in my travels. "Bone broth is highly nutritious. It contains bone-strengthening minerals such as calcium, magnesium, potassium and phosphorus. Bone broth is also found to contain natural glucosamine and chondroitin from animal's connective tissues, which are both essential factors to maintain healthy joints. Bone broth is also a good source of collagen, which is found to have anti-aging capacity in diminishing fine lines and promote plumpness for our skin. The marrow from the bones contain essential amino acids which can help fight inflammation to prevent chronic diseases." said someone on the internet. Get some and drink it for better gut health or store it in the freezer and use it in sauces and soups.

I wanted to describe this as "A mostly healthy risotto with deep-fried cheese", but Sophie said I'd lose the classy vote so here goes.. "Luxurious crumbed haloumi on a bed of slowly cooked rice and spinach with a gentle reminder of lost summer's youth and lemon zest" Order below.

Potatoes cooked in chicken broth and cream with onions and garlic couldn't be more French if they arrived wearing a beret. We serve these with crunchy on the outside and tender on the inside Parmesan and herb-crumbed chicken. They'll leave your mouth saying "oh, la la..". The blistered cherry tomatoes were Chat GPT's Idea when I asked it to make the photo look more French, and I for one embrace our new robotic overlords.

Pork and Beef Meatballs or "gehakballen" (don't ask me to say that!) spiced with cinnamon and cardamom are a Dutch staple. Served with chicken gravy and stamppot which is mustardy mashed potato mixed with Cabbage and kale. I love this food! Purchase an individually packed serve and simply heat and eat, or order a larger one to share with a friend!

Rich and nourishing, slow-cooked with shiitake, & carrot. This "Stewup" as Soph likes to call it is heart-breakingly tender and full of B vitamins, zinc iron and magnesium, or as I like to call it Magneesy-yum!! Sticky and moreish, and made with our own bone broth and free-range local eggs. This can be enjoyed as is or with crusty bread. try it alongside you favourite kim-chi (you do have a favourite kim-chi right??). Available as a ready to heat and eat meal with rice, or as a serve for 1-2 people (mostly 2, but depending on appetite!), but you'll have to make your own side.
x1 $16.501 Serve
Chicken thighs marinated in satay spices, grilled, and sensually slathered and simmered in rich peanut and coconut gravy. It's a sexy, nutty, rich and dreamy dish - if it helps you can imagine Nigella cooking it. This could be served with flatbreads, or one could go loopy like that one restaurant I went to one time and serve it with fettuccine (just don't tell the Italians!). It is, however, served appropriately with gingered rice.
Small $17.001 Unit
Sophie's much discussed vege lasagne - It's like other veggie lasagnas but made by someone whose reputation is on the line. If you are not completely satisfied then I will give you your money back and eat a hat (not my hat - I like my hat - probably Sophie's hat)

A proper trio of rice varieties cooked together until fluffy and nutty—red for earthiness, white for texture, brown for that wholesome goodness. Aromatic, slightly chewy, and way more interesting than plain white rice. Goes with everything, makes you look like you know what you're doing in the kitchen, requires zero effort from you.
