Bavarian Hunters Cabbage Stew - Jagerkohl
Slowly braised beef, bacon, and sausage with onions, leeks, cabbage and potatoes is a hearty wintery dish that the whole family will love. How do you say "Slurp, Slurp" in German? (Google says it's "Slurpehn, Slurphen" - so that's fun!?)
Ingredients
Cabbage, Ham hock, Bone Broth (Water, Chicken - Whole, Carrots, Onion, Celery, Garlic, Black pepper, Bay leaves), Grass-fed Beef Mince, Potato, Smoked Pork Sausage, Leek, Onion, Garlic, Caraway seeds.
Preparation and storage notes
Microwave or simmer in a pot until steaming hot, and enjoy. Can be served alone or with your choice of pasta, rice, mash, or our preference - bread and butter to mop up the deliciousness!
