Stir-Fried Shrimp w Snow Peas, Red Pepper in Hot and Sour Sauce
Sweet and juicy Shrimp, marinated for an extra burst of flavour and then quickly wok kissed with snow peas and red bull-horn peppers. Finished with a garlicky, ginger Chinese style hot and sour sauce. A medium size features @ 300g shrimp and comfortably feeds two, serve with rice or noodles.
Ingredients
Prawns, Capsicum, Snow peas, Shallots, Wine vinegar, Sugar, Tomato sauce, Garlic, Fresh Ginger, Sesame oil, Cornflour (GF), Soy sauce (GF), Chilli.
Preparation and storage notes
toss everything through a hot pan with 1/4 cup of water to loosen (and to prevent over-reduction of sauce). revel in the prawny goodness!!
