Lamb Shoulder - Overnight Roasted, Garlic cloves, Extra virgin olive oil, Oregano, Rosemary Fresh

Preparation and storage notes

Heat in the microwave for a couple of minutes until hot or warm gently in the oven until at the desired temperature.
Serve with green salad & roast potatoes.
Chefs Tip: Double cooked lamb is a winner. Simply chop up lamb and place into a frypan with a generous splash of olive oil and heat through until crispy and a little crunchy. Fantastic with a green salad and fresh pesto.
