Beef Rendang

A decadent, dry Malaysian-style curry with slow-cooked beef, eggplant and green beans. This meal is 500g and does not come with rice. Mild spice level.

Rendang Sauce [Beef, Chicken stock, Rendang curry paste (Crustacean, Soy), Coconut cream], Beef, Eggplant, Green beans

Preparation and storage notes

Storage:
Keep refrigerated (1-4C)
Once open, consume within 3 days

Microwave:
Remove cardboard sleeve. Heat meal on high in microwave for 3 min or until heated through. (Lidding film will balloon, this is normal). Let meal stand for 1 min, allowing balloon to subside. Carefully remove lidding film, allowing any hot steam to safely escape.

Stovetop:
Pour into saucepan and heat gently, stirring frequently until heated through
