North African Curry with Rice
A fragrant curry starring ras el hanout, free-range chicken, sweet potato and fennel. Served with saffron rice.
Ingredients
Saffron basmati rice (33%) (Basmati rice, water, saffron (0.01%)), free range chicken (21%), tomato, sweet potato (12%), fennel (4.7%),, water, onion, dates, canola oil, extra virgin olive oil, pomegranate molasses, parsley, pink salt, sesame seed,, fragrant spices, garlic, Ras el hanout (0.3%), palm sugar.
Preparation and storage notes
Storage: Keep refrigerated (1-4C) Once open, consume within 3 days Microwave: Heat on high in the microwave for 2.5-3 min or until heated through. (Lidding film will balloon, this is normal).
