White rice (36%), free range chicken (35%), cabbage (17%), stock, miso paste (2%) (water, soybeans, rice, salt, alcohol), mirin,, rice wine vinegar (rice, alcohol, salt), soy sauce, butter, maple syrup, spring onion, garlic, chilli, ginger (0.07%).
Preparation and storage notes
Storage: Keep refrigerated (1-4C) Once open, consume within 3 days Microwave: Heat on high in the microwave for 2.5-3 min or until heated through. (Lidding film will balloon, this is normal).
