Asian Beef Brisket with Rice
A lemongrass and soy braised brisket with carrot, cavolo nero kale served with rice.
Ingredients
Jasmine rice (37.5%), braised brisket (22.5%) (beef (21.4%), dark sweet soy sauce (water, soybeans, salt, rice, syrup)),, bok choy (15%), daikon (12.5%), water, onion, tamari (water, soybeans, salt, alcohol), lemongrass (0.5%), palm sugar, orange, canola oil,, chilli, sesame oil, garlic, Himalayan Pink salt, spices, extra virgin olive oil.
Preparation and storage notes
Storage: Keep refrigerated (1-4C) Once open, consume within 3 days Microwave: Heat on high in the microwave for 2.5-3 min or until heated through. (Lidding film will balloon, this is normal).
