A traditional Greek dish although we have borrowed inspiration from Gourmet Traveller and filled ours with pumpkin, cabbage and spices. Seriously delicious encased with flaky filo pastry

Ingredients

Pumpkin, Green cabbage, Filo Pastry, Basmati Rice, Leek, Extra virgin olive oil, Lemon, Currants, Sesame Seeds, Mint, Parsley, Garlic, Baharat, Oregano.

Preparation and storage notes

Keep refrigerated and use within 4 days. Can be frozen. To reheat put in microwave or, preferable, in a preheated oven for a few minutes to heat up and crisp up the pastry. Can also be eaten cold/room temp if desired.
