We cook the beef in spice paste until tender and then simmer in coconut milk to ensure a caramelised, rich and tasty dish. Please note this is quite a hot curry! Can be frozen

Beef chuck steak, Coconut Milk, Onion, Water, lemongrass, Olive Oil, Brown Sugar, Garlic, Fresh Ginger, Galangal, Lime, Red Chilli, Fish Sauce, Chilli Flakes, Ground coriander, Cumin, Kaffir Lime Leaf.

Preparation and storage notes

Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days. Reheat in microwave, stovetop or oven. Can be frozen
