A slow cooked stew with lots of subtle flavours and topped with pistachios, fresh dill and pomegranate. I love this dish with the many layers of delicious flavours.

Ingredients

Lamb, Orange Juice, Onion, White wine, Carrot, Celery, Dill, Olive Oil, Garlic, Lime, Pomegranate, Pistachio, Salt, Thyme, Pepper, saffron.

Preparation and storage notes

Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days. Can be frozen. Reheat in microwave, oven (covered) or stovetop.
