Creamy risotto of peas, lemon & 3 cheeses rolled in GF panko crumbs and fried. Served with a roasted garlic mayonnaise aka aoli. Can be eaten at room temperature or heated to serve.

water, rice - arborio, peas., breadcrumbs (gf), cream, onion, flour - gf, butter, cheese - parmesan, cheese - tasty, cheese - feta persian, cornflour, salt - table, oil - blend, stock - massal, garlic, pepper - white, lemon - zest.
Preparation and storage notes
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Place arancini on an oven rack over a tray and into the oven. Reheat for 10-15 minutes or until heated through and sizzling. Dig in!
