A rich coconut chicken curry spiked with kaffir lime leaves and chilli. Serve with rice and your favourite chilli ...dinner done!
Ingredients
chicken - thigh., coconut - cream, water, beans - green., onion, capsicum - red, bok choy, sugar - caster, paste - green curry, fish sauce, lemon - juice, galangal, stock - chicken, paste - black chilli, lime - kaffir leaves.
Preparation and storage notes
MICROWAVE: Remove the bag and gently reheat for 5-7 minutes until hot. STOVETOP: Remove the bag and place the curry into a saucepan and heat gently until hot. Serve with rice, peanuts, chilli and fresh coriander or mint.
