Twice-baked Feuilletee filled with nutty, creamy frangipane, topped with sautéed apple and almond crumble. A variation from classic almond croissant with different layers of flavour and texture.

Brioche Puff Pastry (Unsalted butter-LardAss, Baker's Flour, Plain flour, Milk, Eggs, Caster sugar, Yeast, Sea salt), Frangipane (Unsalted Butter-Devondale, Caster sugar, Almond meal, Eggs), Apple & Almond Crumble (Apple, Unsalted Butter-Devondale, Brown sugar, Almond, sliced, Plain flour, Lemon, Cinnamon), Egg Wash (Eggs, Milk, Sea salt).
