Brioche Bread & Butter Pudding
Made with rich and buttery brioche bread soaked in a sweet custard mixture, then baked until golden and delicious.

Brioche Bread (Wheat flour, Eggs, Butterfat, Milk, Sugar syrup, Crème fraîche, Salt, Wheat gluten, Eau de vie, Emulsifier (471), Deactivated yeast, Natural Colour (Carotene)), Milk, Eggs, Cream, Sultanas, Caster sugar, Brown sugar, Imitation Vanilla (Imitation vanilla flavours, Colour (150d), Acidity regulator (330), Preservative (202, 211)), Canola oil spray, Lemon zest.
Preparation and storage notes
Meals must be heated to a minimum internal temperature above 70°C. Slightly open lid. From frozen thaw on defrost for 1min. Heat on high for 1-2mins or until hot.
