Fruit Cake with Custard
Traditional spices fruit cake served with creamy custard.

Ingredients
Custard (Skim milk, Sugar, Milk solids, Thickener (1442), Stabiliser (412, 415, 407,410), Mineral salt (451, 452, 450), Flavour, Colour (160a)), Sultanas, Raisins.
Preparation and storage notes
Meals must be heated to a minimum internal temperature above 70C. Do not remove lid. Thaw on defrost setting for 1 min. Heat on high for 1-2 mins or until hot. Alternatively enjoy at room temperature once defrosted.
