Enjoy delicious caramelised roast beetroot, pumpkin, cauliflower and pickled red onion in smoky, sweet eggplant Habibi sauce, all topped with crunchy Felafel crumbs. Our Habibi sauce is a smooth baba ganoush like sauce. Think sweet, smokey, garlicky with a hint of pomegranate molasses and a whole lot of flavour. A beloved success from our Local’s club test kitchen, the Felafel Bake shows that Meat-Free doesn’t mean flavour free! A must for our Vegan and Veggie community. This dish contains onion & garlic ------------------ Reheat for Oven: Pre-heat oven to 180c.
