Lamb & Chickpea Soup
2 Serves - This Moroccan influenced soup has some serious flavour! With a warming Shawarma spice mix as the base (think cumin, coriander seed, sumac and cinnamon), the slow braised chickpeas work perfectly with the lamb mince and the rich tomato and chicken stock holds it all together. Finished with fresh spinach and coriander. Share as a starter to a family feast, or crack out your favourite bread to soak up all of the goodness!
