We describe it as a light yet rustic provincial delight with an abundance of spinach, potato, carrot, white beans, fresh thyme, sage, parsley, rosemary & thyme. Such a treat with crusty buttered toast!

Preparation and storage notes
Reheat for Microwave: This soup is concentrated. Fill to the first line with water, then microwave for 4-6 minutes on medium-high, or until steaming hot. Stir well and enjoy.
