Osso Buco
Another classic cool weather dish, the sauce features white wine and anchovies for that extra hit of flavour. This is melt in the mouth delicious. Goes well with Ebden and Olive Potato Puree or Creamy Polenta (available as side dish options).

Ingredients
Beef stock, Veal shank, Dry white wine, Yellow onion, Butter, Olive oil, Garlic, Anchovy, Black pepper.
Preparation and storage notes
Place the unopened bag of the veal into a pot of simmering water and gently simmer for 15-20 minutes. Serve sprinkled with gremolata (parsley, orange and garlic). Delicious served with mashed potato
