Salads, Sides & Vegetables
For something a little bit unusual, This salad has wombok, carrot, mint, Vietnamese mint, coriander, basil and spring onion, dressed with our sesame dressing. Its garnished with crispy shallots for crunch. Its perfect on its own or with a platter of prawns, ham, fillet of beef or chicken.
New seasons potatoes, finished with chives, parsley, oregano and a light sour cream dressing. A simple and delicious salad that all the family will enjoy!
We pack all our salads separately so that freshness and integrity of the salad isn't compromised. The dressing is always served on the side to allow you to dress it on the day you will eat it. We roast the beetroot to allow the natural sweetness to come through and then we pair it with lightly pickled granny smith apple for some acidity, walnuts for crunch and spinach leaves and feta to finish.
Season green vegetables are the hero in this salad and they're paired with orecchiette pasta and house made basil pesto dressing. This is one salad that benefits from being dressed early to allow the flavours to sing! A great accompaniment to any fish or white meat dish. Or fold through some avocado the next day for a quick and tasty brunch dish!

Starters
As the weather is starting to warm up we are looking for lighter meal options for you. This Blackened chicken breast is the perfect starter, brunch or light meal option when added to a light salad. We marinate the chicken overnight with a lemongrass and miso paste and then bake it in the oven until the chicken is cooked and the crust has blackened. This is best eaten cold and then finely sliced with fresh oak lettuce, and your favourite salad ingredients.
Parfait (unlike its frozen dessert cousin), is similar to pate, except it is smoother and slightly sweeter due to the addition of muscat. Fresh bread is the perfect partner for our duck liver parfait and pickled cherries if you must.
Slices of Chicken terrine are a great accompaniment to your antipasto board or grazing table. The chicken loaf has been baked with apricots and studded with pistachios. A coarsely chopped pork terrine, studded with prunes and green peppercorns, bound together with cream and brandy. Pair it with some cornichons or charred pickled onions and you have an easy entree or picnic addition.
Layers of smoked salmon, cream cheese and chives are pressed into a loaf tin and weighted overnight. We then slice it into approximately 100gm sized pieces for you to enjoy. Enjoy with pickled vegetables and rye bread or a simple salad.
Meals - Finish at Home
This super tasty and moist boned chicken has been stuffed with traditional sage and onion farce. We have rolled it and poached it in a water bath to lock in all the natural juices of the chicken . You can eat it warmed or serve it sliced with a homemade chutney . Either way.... it doesn’t get any easier than this!
We have slow cooked the turkey breast at a precise temperature in a water bath to ensure the breast meat is as moist as can be! To reheat it all you need to do is pop the unopened bag Into a pot of very gently simmering water for approximately 30 minutes for every kilo of turkey. Our traditional sage and onion stuffing is rolled in the centre to allow the cooking juices to permeate through. Dress this with our homemade gravy and you will be in heaven! No more slaving over a hot stove !
If you have a special celebration coming up, or if you just love good food, this week we are offering you a chance to try our Quail roast filled with a currant, pine nut and chicken farce. We've taken all the internal bones out and just left everyones favourites, the wings and drumsticks!. All you will need to do is pop it in the oven and serve it with your favourite spring vegetables.
We love a good roast pork...but we especially love it when it's a Rolled Roast Pork Belly with gravy. Rolling the roast allows for the tenderness to remain in the meat during the cooking process, but gives the outside a chance to develop the crunch we all love in a good pork roast! Crackle served seperately. .
Savoury Pastry
Flaky pastry, spinach leaves, roast tomato, basil pesto and mozzarella, baked until golden with eggs and cream. This tart can also be eaten warm or at room temperature.
Flaky pastry, layers of smoked salmon and finely chopped chives mixed with eggs and cream. A great balance of creaminess, crispy pastry and smokey, salty fish. Another great brunch idea or addition to your family celebrations.

Sauces
Our homemade gravy is made traditionally with bones and stock. We've roasted the bones and slowly simmered them in the stock before thickening the sauce to produce the best gravy ever! small 500ml, large 1 L
This sauce is the bomb with prawns and fresh seafood. 500ml portion
This sauce is made famous by the the Iconic breakfast dish "Eggs Benedict". It also goes well with Rare roast beef, Roast Turkey, Asparagus, Eggs and Ham. It needs to be kept refrigerated until needed and has a short shelf life of 3 days if stored correctly. This is not ideal if you want to pick up your order earlier. This is a 500ml portion which would serve 6 people
Desserts
Moist, dense and full of fruit, this is THE BEST CHRISTMAS CAKE EVER! The cakes are cooked at a low temperature and doused with Bourbon to retain their moisture. They're the perfect gift for that person that is hard to buy for, but don't forget to buy one for yourself ! Once all our orders for these beauties are fulfilled, we won't be making any more .....so get in quick so that you don't miss out. small is approximately 500gm, medium is approximately 1kg, large is approximately 2kg
What is Christmas without pudding? Our Christmas puddings are loaded with fruit that has been soaked in Brandy and lots of spices. With treacle, brown sugar, butter and almonds you can't go wrong. All you need now is some of our Brandy Custard. We have removed them from the cloth so that it is easier for you to heat at home. Our small pudding is approximately 500gm and serves 2. Medium is 1kg and serves 6. Large is 2kg and serves 10-12 people
There’s nothing better than homemade custard and Our Brandy custard is made with eggs the old fashioned way. This is the ultimate Accompaniment to go with our Christmas pudding! This is a 500ml serve
Another family favourite old fashioned dessert which makes the most of the seasons best berries, that have been softly poached with vanilla. This is a pressed berry terrine which simply needs a dollop of thickened cream to be served along side it and some of your favourite fresh berries.
This trifle makes a wonderful addition to the dessert table. It has mango, passion fruit, sponge and custard, not to mention jelly and cream . So much goodness right there! This version is non alcoholic.
Crisp chocolate pastry tart shell filled with almond meal and berries. You can eat this warm or at room temperature. Paired perfectly with Gundowring Raspberry ice cream . Entertaining has never been this easy!
Larder
Our hummus has become popular in store and is a staple for the fridge when entertaining. It has a short shelf life but freezes well! Plenty of lemon, garlic and cumin goes into this luscious dip. You will fall in love with it too!

Alto Olives are grown at the foothills of the Great Dividing range. We are giving you a mix of their range including Kalamata, Arbequina, Manzanilla and Ligurian.
Quinces, sugar and lemon, slowly cooked to bring you a soft quince paste that is delicious with all cheeses. Add this to your Larder for easy entertaining.
