Rolled Roast Pork Belly
We love a good roast pork...but we especially love it when it's a Rolled Roast Pork Belly with gravy. Rolling the roast allows for the tenderness to remain in the meat during the cooking process, but gives the outside a chance to develop the crunch we all love in a good pork roast! Crackle served seperately. .
Ingredients
Pork belly, Fresh sage, Salt, Garlic, Black pepper, Chilli flakes.
Preparation and storage notes
Place the unopened bag of the pork belly into a pot of gently simmering water for 30 minutes or until Hot. Place the sachet of gravy into the same water 5 minutes before serving. Once the pork is hot, Cut and serve
