As satisfying as it's meaty counterpart, this vegetarian Shepherd's Pie features a host of nourishing vegetables which is accompanied by a delicious sauce. Between the two of us, we're always arguing over the last piece of cheesy mash from the top of the pie. Generous single serve.

Preparation and storage notes

Remove plastic wrap and Bake at 180 C for 15-20 minutes or until hot
