Yellow Duck Curry & Steamed Jasmine Rice
This rich and complex Thai curry gets its name from the fresh turmeric and spices blended together to make it. Kaffir lime leaves, lemongrass and ginger also add to its glorious aromatics. We have simply served it with steamed jasmine rice, crispy shallots and fresh coriander leaves. A tad hotter than our normal curries.
Ingredients
Duck maryland, White rice, Coconut milk, Light soy sauce, Coconut cream, Red onion, Chicken stock, Palm sugar, Fresh coriander, Sugar, Garlic, Sliced ginger, Turmeric, Fish sauce, Fried shallot, Lemongrass, Dried chillies, Coriander seed, Fresh sliced chilli, White pepper, Cumin seed, Fennel seeds, Kaffir lime leaves.
Preparation and storage notes
Place container into the microwave, covered with gladwrap for 2-3 minutes or until hot. Can be served with styeamed vegetables of your choice or eaten as is.
