Sweet and Sour Pork
Tender pieces of fried pork and a sauce thats not too sickly sweet, makes our version of this Chinese classic worth trying. Simply reheat the pork and sauce separately for best results and pour the hot sauce over the pork and rice to enjoy.
Ingredients
Vegetable oil, Pork shoulder, Pineapple, White rice, Cornflour, Onion, Red capsicum, Green capsicum, Cider vinegar, Light soy sauce, Pineapple juice, Tomato sauce, Sugar, Gluten free oyster sauce, Garlic, Worcestershire sauce, Minced ginger, Bicarb soda.
Preparation and storage notes
For best results, bake pork pieces in oven or air fryer until crispy (8-10 minutes). Heat sauce and rice , separately, in the microwave until hot. Place rice on the bottom, followed by pork and pour the sauce over. or Microwave the entire meal in the microwave until hot . (2-3 minutes)
