Marinated chicken with Lemon, Herbs & Garlic, Broccoli and Hazelnut Salad
Tender chicken pieces have been marinated with garlic, lemon and soft herbs, slowly cooked and then caramelised in a pan. This is then served with a roast broccoli, silverbeet and hazelnuts salad with parmesan cheese and hazelnut dressing
Ingredients
Chicken pieces, Onion, Broccoli, Silverbeet, Hazelnut, Parmesan cheese, Olive oil, Parsley, Sherry vinegar, Minced garlic, Basil, Lemon zest, Fresh thyme leaves, Bayleaf.
Preparation and storage notes
Remove chicken from the bag. Place on hot BBQ plate or on a tray and place in the oven for 18 minutes or until hot. Meanwhile place all salad ingredients into a bowl and toss. Garnish with sherry vinaigrette.
